These medications have been safely used by millions of individuals in the U.S. for over two decades. Typically, this process involves taking two medications over the course of about two days. Together, these medications induce cramping and bleeding, which helps empty the uterus.

The cost of Oyrafem’s abortion pill by mail service operates on a sliding scale, ranging from $0 to $399, based on financial eligibility.
