Oyrafem Expands Abortion Pill by Mail Services to Three New States
As abortion restrictions continue to rise across the U.S., Oyrafem remains committed to expanding access to safe, affordable, and discreet abortion care wherever possible. We’re proud to announce that our medically supported, at-home abortion pill service is now available in Massachusetts, Nevada, and Vermont, adding to the growing number of states served through Oyrafem’s trusted telehealth care model.
“At Oyrafem, we provide care that centers each individual’s preferences, safety, and privacy,” says Melissa Grant, Chief Operating Officer of Oyrafem. “This latest expansion helps ensure that more people—especially those in rural areas or facing legal barriers—can access high-quality abortion care without the stress of traveling to a clinic.”

With this expansion, Oyrafem now provides online abortion pill services in these states:
Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
What to Expect with Oyrafem’s At-Home Abortion Care
Oyrafem’s telehealth abortion care is available for pregnancies up to 12 weeks and involves a virtual consultation with a licensed provider followed by the discreet mailing of abortion pills. The process includes:
- Mifepristone and misoprostol medications, taken over a few days
- Private, online video visits or Immediate Evaluation options
- Discreet delivery of medication in 1–3 business days
- Supportive care items for comfort during the process
- 24/7 medical guidance from the Oyrafem care team
- Birth control options and follow-up included in your care plan
Most clients pay $225 or less, with pricing on a sliding scale based on financial eligibility.

Telehealth abortion services through Oyrafem are designed for those who want privacy, convenience, and compassionate support. Especially in areas where clinic access is limited, Oyrafem helps bridge the gap with trusted virtual care and FDA-approved abortion pills delivered to your door.
